Long term winter rental

we are looking to rent a 2 bedroom property for 5 months. The properties we havre looked at say monthly cost plus bills. Can anyone give me an idea as to the cost of bills over a month.

We have a 2-bed 1-bath apartment and our costs for Water, Electric, Wifi and Community Charge are approximately €140 per month.
