Looking for a rental next March

Good morning.
We're looking to stay for 3 weeks in Quesada next March.
Must be walkable to the town centre and facilities and can't be too expensive.
I will be 70 and my wife and I have rather taken to Quesada having recently stayed with friends and family in nearby Algorfa.
There will be two of us, pensioners both, fluent Black Country speakers.
