These, neighbouring properties are situated in Dolores/Catral, just 12 minutes drive to a sandy beach and 5 minutes to motorway links. Quesada is approximately 16 - 18 minutes, by car.

The rent is 600€ per calendar month, payable in advance and a 600 € deposit against breakages is required There are no bills, as such, because the electricity has a simple to operate card meter and there is a water meter. The fabric of the houses is insured, but the tenants might like to add coverage for their private goods.

THERE IS NOT A SWIMMING POOL. There is plenty of room for tenants' own plunge pools, should they wish to install them.

Both houses are rather more than part -furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you wish.

This is a lovely, peaceful location, with plenty of space both inside and outside the houses. We are close to the 2 vibrant villages of Catral and Dolores and Alicante Airport is 25 minutes away, by car. We have very few neighbours.

Hi Paddy,
I appreciate that this is an old ad, but should either property become vacant within the next 6 months, we are looking to rent. We currently rent and have done for 3 yrs but our landlady is going to sell this year. We do have pets so like to use our own furniture. My husband runs his business & I work for an animal charity.
