Nice bright apartment on Calle Cuba Almoradi top floor but inward facing with no balcony but there is a large private roof terrace on the communal roof which then has two pools and two barbecue area with a undercover eating area lovely views of the mountains.

The apartment has a entrance hall leading onto the well fitted kitchen and good sized lounge with a ceiling fan bathroom with full bath and shower over and screen and one bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. both the lounge and bedroom have modern electric heaters and pre installed wiring for air con. The apartment is only about 5 years old and the apartment has had very little use, community fees are 24euros a month
