We had a new one fitted in the 2nd bedroom of our apartment in March and the make was Kaysun. The one in our living room, which is also excellent is a Panasonic.

You can get cheaper brands but I recommend you go for a mid price one though rather than the cheapest. As Polop says above if you get quotes from several of the companies recommended on here I expect they will all be decent quality.

We had four Panasonic inverters fitted two weeks ago by Centigrados Climatizacion of Torrevieja. Its an english speaking family business, nice guys, very professional, tidy and they did a really neat unobtrusive job. The team of four of them completed the installation in a morning to our complete satisfaction. I can also recommend the Panasonic units

By shopping around I saved more than 800€ (3200€/2396€) on the most expensive quote for the provision and fitting higher spec units.

Be well advised, go with Mark White of Selectair...most reliable man. €550 per unit fitted and provided.
4 units would still be cheaper than the previous cheapest quote! €2,200. If you need your aircon unit checked or are concerned about something, Mark is always ready to come and sort the problem out. I cannot recommend him highly enough. When he was off work ill a few years ago, everyone missed his professionalism and welcomed him back with open arms. Most of our units were fitted 15years ago before we came across Mark and he has maintained and repaired them when called upon. Mark actually gave us an old unit the same as ours which was supposed to go to the dump so that we could possibly get spare parts from it if needed in the future! Keep up the good work Mark. Best advice is decide what make & model of unit you want and shop around.
