Farmland between Dona Pepa and Pueblo Bravo. Building?

One of our neighbours spoke to the farm workers and was informed that the field was to be planted with citrus trees.

Someone on here, a while ago, did comment that, if the land had been sold for development, then the structure wouldn't have been dismantled by hand but would have been bulldozed when building started. That makes sense.

And, if it is to be developed, don't worry about it as there's nothing you or I can do about it.

Like I said "let's hope this is true" and not "a blatant lie".
