Has anyone got problems with fresh tv? Our box is not working just a black screen

Yes went off last night. We have tried phoning but just a Spanish lady.Think they may have gone on a cruise.

I have always found fresh tv.extremely good and helpful. Today as reported no TV this morning. One polite email and a response within 2 hours. Explaining the problem now up and running again.
Personally I have no complaints as always respond time very good.

I have been with them for years.
If you can get past the poor customer service and the badly spelled often indecipherable messages it is a cheap and cheerful way to get your tv,sports and movies.
