GENERALI INSURANCE QUESASA

Hello Has anyone had any insurance with 'Generali Insurance Quesada'? appreciate feedback, as we are thinking of using them next month for our Building/Contents cover. Thanks

Yes I have used they for the past 2 years , had no issues with them .
Very good when making a claim no hassel.
Staff in the office very pleasant and very helpful.
Would recommend them

Yes I also am currently having a serious problem with a claim through Liberty through J Cunningham(made no diference with their intevention either). My leak started on 28 Oct 2016 They eventually found it but I am still waiting for them to return and repair a pipe they damaged looking for it. Then a reconstruction of a false ceiling , rebuild walls & redoecorate. Needless to say I shall be looking elsewhere when it is done.

After 7 years of fully comp insurance with this company I sold my car with 6 months cover still outstanding.
They refused to refund even a part of it, leaving me around 160 euros out of pocket.
Legalised robbery IMO.

Thats how Spanish insurance companies work , most will give you a credit [valid for around a month ] to roll over to your next vehicle , then you lose it ..!!

All insurance companies in Spain have this policy......

Like I said...legalised robbery. Also, after 10 years accident free motoring they would only issue
a 12 month No Claims Discount certificate.
