...with a Spanish companies service .!!!!!!!!!

I have owned an american manufactured mini mag torch for a no of years , last week the onswitch/bulb holder failed , found the importer for Spain in Barcelona [ Esteller SL ] and sent it off last thurs with all my details, and a request of how to pay for the repair, heard nothing till this morning when I had an email informing me of a delivery , strange as I have nothing out standing at the moment and did not know what or who it was from ...!

Got a courier phone call 10 mins before the delivery , which turned out to be my torch returned , repaired and new batteries fitted ..........all gratis ....!!!!!!

Now a very happy bunny ...!!

So some companies can go the extra mile , wish others would catch up ..!

I am to say the least a little annoyed that you should feel impressed at the service
you received from a Spanish company this in my experience is common place Spanish
people and this great country is far better than England!! que tenga un buen dia.
