Mystery solved of piece of land

I think i have solved the mystery of the man on the piece of land in Quesada,,who has been there for must be 2yrs now, in his car, i know it is sometimes different people with different cars,,but the one who is there today 18th,has a dog with him,,,and he is guarding his dog poo!!! It is gradually filling up all over the bit of land!!!! He is so busy sitting in his car i expect he dont have the time to pick it up!!!it is starting to smell, cant be healthy!! What a job!!!lol

i,ve been told bye a old Spanish gentleman ,that theres buried treasure on the land somewhere ,and that they are waiting for the builders to start digging sometime very soon.Don,t know why they don't get a metal detector club in.
