If your property has been on the Market for months or even years as some people's it would be impossible to keep it sparkling. It isn't like the UK where you can sell in a week. Also with windows open more often because of the nice weather they get very dusty. Brown Dust from the Sahara. Somebody I know remarked you do the same as in the UK. Pardon me, I don't think so. Living in Spain is like being on Holiday all the time. Lovely.

I think its horses for courses. I de cluttered and staged my house for selling , resulting in a quick sale and obtained almost full asking price. Ive viewed some untidy, smelly stale places, but could look through the clutter, but at the same time , put in a cheeky offer reflecting the state of the place. I think the same applies in the UK. Moral of the story, put the effort in , get quick and great financial outcome. Or Just stick it on the market, and hope for the best, when every it happens. Also bare in mind, some properties havent been lived in for years, and are put on the market by relatives that inherit a property , but have never even been inside it and are happy to get whatever is offered on the property.

theres clean and theres clean ,there's the minimum wage cleaner working for someone who just does there job, and ex- professional cleaners like myself who take a pride in there job therefore resulting in more work, and a good reputation .People think that theres never anyone who can do a job as good as them selfs if its there trade.the smells come from the toilets if the water in the toilet pan has evaporated, prehaps the estate agents knowing theres a potential viewer should visit the property before hand and make sure the windows are open and the toilet pans and sink u-bends etc are full of water to stop the smell coming up from the drains,if no water on site take some with them its readily available in the supermarkets, Agents they charge enough in sale fees, whats a little water if it get you a sale.My self think they are busy pushing the new builds and no interest in the resales, new build generate more commission for them,

That’s probably correct
Just a point we veiwed 3 property’s today all by a Dutch company and we’re presented absolutely impeccable and a credit to the company and it’s the way to do business well that’s my opinion and I don’t want to hurt or fall out just my personal opinion
My motto (Work Hard Play Hard) but on the whole it’s a lovely place to stay / Live / Holliday and bloody cheap

Hi there - Could you please give me the name of your wife's cleaning company? We are based in Quesada but my husband and I have just started a holiday lettings business in the La Zenia area and need cleaners that are thorough for the changeovers. We only have the one property to start with but there will be others. Good cleaners are often very hard to find. We are getting a few quotes etc.

Worth you paying Petra Honig a visit. Their salesman Alex only showed us specifically what we asked for, and all of their properties were immaculate.
