A total of 40 Sunday’s and Bank holidays but, it’s up to the retailer which ones. That’s why I thought it best to warn people that the Zenia Boulevard list might not reflect what supermarkets do.

I did say that the supermarkets that USED to open on a Sunday will probably open on the said days too, e.g. Gama in Dona Pepa and Carrefour as this has been proven recently, as the days in yellow are the ones which Government have allowed. This obviously does not apply to all supermarkets as not all supermarkets used to open on a Sunday e.g. Mercadona

Yes only 40 sundays a year , but if you venture into murcia, the shops are allowed to open every sunday. Its a law valencia province has passed.
