Tram train to Denia

We have just booked a hotel in Denia 2-4 October and intended to travel from Alicante on the tram train. The hotel has informed us that they do not think the tram train will be running on these dates. Can anyone enlighten us. Thanks in advance.

The trip between Calp-Dénia is temporarily suspended. An alternative bus service will be operating
