Unsure which part of Quesada to consider

We have just purchased in the Dona Pepa area. Having spent 2 months researching last summer (although we are not living here full time) We bought our property through the estate agents Petra Honeg, although as we have not yet finalized all of our paperwork, I cannot submit a recommendation at this stage.
The things that drew us to this area was the very short distance to various shops and chemist etc, along with the fact that there are NO HILLS. An 8 minute drive in the car takes us to Guardamar and its beautiful beach.
We bought in a gated community which has a mixture of full time residents along with a number of long term rentals and a couple of short term rentals. The one thing I did like was the rules of the community - no noise after midnight. So far we are loving it, and look forward to many happy visits to Quesada. Best wishes in your search, and if you have any questions, please do ask

My opinion is Lo Crispin is closer to Quesada town than most of Quesada but much cheaper. Well worth a look. Good luck

One road in and one road out, the sound of duelling banjos and the sight of tumbleweed. That was our impression. It weren't for us.

We have our lovely holiday home in Lo Crispin and plan to retire there in the next few years. It's lovely , generally quiet and peaceful yet only a couple of minutes drive away from the hustle and bustle of Quesada. We're very happy with our purchase .

We have lived in La Fiesta 2 for 17 years full time. We are on a Conjunto (Sofia), I think we have the best of both worlds, close enough to the shops and bars, 5 mins in the car, but far enough out not to be over whelmed by the holiday makers. We have a couple of houses for sale on our Conjunto, if you are interested in viewing, but renting would give you a feel for the area.

If you are near a village then there are always shops open, people about and things going on even in winter..

Sorry I do not recognise the winter isolation and quietness in Quesada it certainly does not reflect our experience. Apart from the water park what closes ? The best advice is to rent for 6 months over the winter period and have a good look round.

On our urb of about 50 houses in summer many people are coming and going...
In winter only about 9 houses are occupied...
.. I suspect this is not unusual..

Maybe so but isolation is an exaggeration and as I said before there is little difference in what facilities are open.
