What to bring over in a suitcase
What to bring over in a suitcase
by Babu » Mon Apr 23, 2018 2:38 pm
Unusually for us we have decided to come out soon for the summer with a suitcase as well as the usual hand baggage . . .so I thought i'd invite suggestions as to what essentials to bring that is difficult to get or is stupidly expensive in Spain or that you can't put in hand luggage, remembering it has to fit in a case and be less than 20kg. . . .
I'm looking for inspiration so I'll start it off with squeezy Branston Pickle . . . . .??

My usuals are Marmite, Creightons Argan Shampoo and Conditioner (£1 each in Tesco), Lea & Perrins whenever I take a case. Twinings teabags I take each time as they can go in my hand luggage.

When we're next over in June I'm bringing sachets of Quick Jel, I can't find them anywhere over there and I love making flans with all the beautiful fresh fruit you get.

Sure not a third world country but can't beat the prices of home bargains or b&m for things that are useful to keep in Spanish cupboard plus they don't weigh heavy to bring over
