Danish Cafe

Postby Sandra » Wed Sep 19, 2012 8:48 am

Not sure what the name of it is now, but yesterday we went to the Danish cafe in Quesada - opposite the Tabac and Katys Boutique. Very international as the waitress is Hungarian!! The food is reasonably priced - an average of 3 euros for a bocadillo; 1.20 euros for coffee and 1.80 euros for cake etc. I've always walked past it, but we thought that we would try it this time! The menu could be a bit of a mystery tour - Danish mixtures/names but, what the heck - we are on holiday!!

Hi Sandra,

Is that the place that advertises an offer of a burger and a beer at a silly price like 3 euros? We have often thought of having a quick lunch in there.

Hi Jan

It could be, as I know that they have various offers in the window!! Can't say for definite though!! When we were there there were quite a few others of different nationalities - mainly Spanish and German, so would think that it was good value - and friendly service!!

My friend also wanted two pieces of cake to take back home - and they were boxed up for her.
