New Restaurant Benimar (Parkside)

Formerly the Italian Pizza Restaurant, previous to that Gadsybys and Cambalache the Argentinian Restaurant.
Parkside originally opened as Lakeside but as the old So Bar is also called Lakeside they are changing the name to Parkside.
Its in between Breeze Bar and Lod Dos in Benimar, opposite the new car park.
Went for lunch and you get a choice of any lunch starter and main plus a drink for 5.95 euros.
Enormous portions (Had a chilli chicken wrap and it was huge) and very good.
They also do breakfast and a night time set menu.

Sounds good I'll give it a go.

Benimar has always had a reasonable choice of Bars and Restaurants. However decent entertainment has all but vanished unless you're a Karaoke fan. It's a shame that the largest venue no longer attracts or wants to pay for decent acts. Even live jam sessions have become a rarity. A complete contrast to a few years ago.

If you want cheap it is OK but some of the à la carte was very disappointing much better value out there in my opinion. curry is good according to our friend but it is owned by the indian on the corner so you would expect it to be.

Interesting. I thought the Rialto and Taj were the same owners. So now they also own Parkside?

I don't know where your friend gets got their information from but Parkside Restaurant has no connection to the Indian Restaurant on the corner.
