I would like to recommend Ruby's Bar & Restaurant in El Raso. We went there today (first time since their refurb), for their Carvery Sunday Linch. It was delicious! They have a large & very fresh salad bar, which I chose as my starter and a choice of 3 meats with all the trimings & a wide selection of veg.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming with great attention to detail. All 3 courses were excellent at a very reasonable price. Great to have a carvery nearby.

Would definitely recommend a visit.
