I can recommend the half way house also, a warm welcome, good service and excellent meals. It's priced well also.

We had Sunday lunch at The Club when we were over for a week in June and agree with Rod, it is fab. It was all beautifully cooked and presented and there was such a large choice. Even my husband had a dessert and he never usually has afters.

And to cap it off there was a woman singing background music type songs and she was really good. It all made for a superb Sunday afternoon.

Hi
We have always found Flannagans Bull by the golf course to be excellent...evrything home made and very reasonably priced. Also their curry night on a thursday if I remember correctly is also very good. We have tried others and we prefer their Sunday lunches.

It's only temporary though. They're starting Sunday lunches again a week tomorrow. (the 17th) I was in there this morning for breakfast and asked.
