well that's good to hear,
yes I called in expecting a table, only to be told you we are FULL,i looked round and there was only 5 people in ,perhaps the waitress should have said we are fully booked, but at the time I thought she didn't want the work .that's a few years ago now.its good that your tables are full twice nightly as you say.I will give you another try if I can get thru on the phone whats the best time to ring to make a reservation?
I support the restuarants I visit through out the year, not just at holiday season,

Love love love YRT as soon as my family tell me they've booked flights I'm in there booking tables cos they always want to go

As for the staff, i have done waiting on tables even on a busy sunday market, and my god do they earn thier money

If they sometimes appear a bit abrupt it is because they are under pressure.

I would concede that the place would benefit from an extra member thet stayed behind the bar doing drinks and dealing with booking etc .

Never had a bad meal there nor found a steak anywhere else such good value for the size

Well...I just called them and got through within 30 seconds. Booked for 3 weeks time at the time I wanted...no problem at all!

Just hope it's as good as the reviews seem to make out!!!

Hiya, just to let you know,we cannot answer the phone when closed(nobody there) and when we are busy(which is all the time, when open)the customers that are dining are paramount. As for an answer phone, another member of staff would have to be employed, on contract,to return calls. This is therefore an add on cost for the business and would therefore have to be passed on to the customer. The food product delivered to the table is fresh, not frozen, therefore cooked to order. I hope this explains the situation to you.
