I hope you understand but I'm not going to name the expensive builders as I wouldn't want to damage anyone's livelihood.
I think it's just a lesson for us all to get a few quotes.

Thanks KimmiRocks, will be getting quotes once we get there, do they speak English? Just easier as my Spanish isn't that great but we usually manage! Lol
