Gas boiler broken - help/advice needed

Hi
We need a plumber that can get access to a 'solinoid' part for a Forcali gas boiler model fwh-6a-glp. We are unable to get in touch with the company that fitted this even though it is less than 18 months old and under guarantee, it's not working. Can anyone help?
We need it repaired asap.

I also had a gas problem and would like to thank Scubydoo for recommending gas man Dave Farr. He's just been and sorted my problem. I can definitely recommend him.
