HFS. Yes. Leaking sink, incorrectly installed they told me and still waiting for a leaking tap to be fixed

We didn't get that far, waited 2 weeks for estimate which was incorrect, constantly chased, sent email over 2 weeks ago, no response. They must be so successful they don't want new business and we are not talking peanuts. Have tried another local company in Benijofar, same scenario. 5 weeks later back to square one as no definite costing or response. We are now worried that if they can't provide an accurate quote or respond in a timely fashion what would they be like once they've got our money. 5 weeks wasted and back to the drawing board we thinks.
