Has anyone out there had problems with ONE WAY SERVICES in Quesada.

No, always had help from Matt and no complaints. Sometimes hard to get hold of but a nice guy and knows what he's doing.

One very nice chap used him a few times always go back he's got good contacts and does a good job recommended highly.

We have used Matt, he is very good and a good price, I did mention when speaking to him that it was not easy to get hold of him and he said if he was driving or at appointments he could not answer the phone which is understandable. So from a contact point of view you just have to keep trying or go to the office and see if he is there. We would highly recommend him.

We used him. As stated previously the office gets busy to the point of us feeling uncomfortable at the thought of having to discuss personal business in front of other people. The second part of the job we had to do ourselves as he "didn't have time"
Worst of all some one else's paperwork was in the file he gave back to us. When I called to drop in back to them his assistant didn't see the problem and didn't agree that the mix up was potentially unprofessional. No apology either.

He never replied to an email we sent. That, along with him not answering the phone and issues regarding confidentiality warn me to stay away from this chaotic business

He did a will for my wife and I and then my Father later. No problems at all.
