Plumber Req

Hi, I need recommendations for a plumber, I am moving the washing machine from the kitchen into the court yard all electrics / drainage and water is there but the problem I have is the existing water tap appears to be seized and I don't want to force it.
Any recommendations or plumbers on this forum who could have a look for me.
