Top Service, Mark White & Judith Szakaly

We are currently in the UK and received a phone call this morning from Judith of Quesadahousesitters who is our property manager to say that the electrics werent working at our apartment. She thought it was down to the rain yesterday. As we had guests staying I asked if she knew any electricians but she said there were none that could come out today as they were all busy with similar problems elsewhere.

In desperation I called Mark White of Select Aircon to see if he could take a look or if he knew of an electrician who could come out at short notice. Mark went straight round to the apartment and within 10 minutes it was all fixed. Apparently the sump pump in the underbuild was shorting the circuit. And all for no charge.

What great service and how good to know you have people out there who you can rely on to go out of their way to help. We are going to buy them both a large drink when we go back out in October. We cannot say thank you enough!

I imagine your pump was working a fair bit with all the rain!!! Lol!

What did he do to fix it?!!

Najizan123 - he unplugged it from the socket in the underbuild !! . Nothing tricky, it is just the fact that he went round there straight away and fixed the problem, especially as we have people staying there.

There must be a fault somewhere along the cable connecting the pump to the socket that was shorting the circuit. We will have to get it looked at once our guests go home.

We agree with all the positive comments about Mark White and won't use anyone else. He is a great pleasant guy and you wouldn't know he was working in your home either. Mark deserves all the praise he gets.
