[quote="michrelle"]Can anyone help
We have just bought our home in Low marabou on 29th Dec 2015 so we will be responsible to pay the community charge for this coming year from 1st Jan
I bought the house from the bank and the bank is going to pay the debt which was on the house for the community charges the solicitor is onto this . I would like to pay our community charge bill for the year by bank transfer but don't know who to contact[/quot
Ask one of your neighbours who the administrator or President of your community is....They will be able to provide you with payment details ...I am on Lo Marabu, there are quite a few communities ......If you don't know any of your neighbours I am sure somebody on here will be able to help you if you say where you are on Lo Marabu

Hi
These are your Administrators on the Lo Marabu urbanisation:
http://servigesttorrevieja.com
If you go on the website you can contact them with your address and details and they will send you a direct debit form. Also they will give you a password/userID so you can go online and see all the letters/ meeting dates etc. They will tell you what details you need to give them but first just tell them you have just bought the property with the address and your name (s) and go from there.

We are also on Lo Marabu (residential Amaro) and our administrators are QG Services - not Servigest.
I expect different Residencias on the urbanisation have different administrators.

Yes but 'Lo Marabu' is the name of the development that Servigest manage. Admittedly Lo Marabu as an area is confusing and has, as you have pointed out, a few different housing developments within the area. The Consum area is called Lo Marabu but the developments around this area have certain other names Like your Amaro.
The actual 'Lo Marabu' development is a very large urbanisation with two swimming pools and this whole development is managed by Servigest.
I do understand that the other housing developments with other names in this area would be under other administration companies.
Sorry if this sounds pedantic.

Hi,
I have just heard from Michelle and I'm sure she won't mind me saying that the community she needs to know the Administrators for is Isamar Park in the Lo Marabu area. I'm sure there must be a few members of TalkQuesada on the Isamar Park development who can tell us who the Administrator company is please.
