Print it and have next to the form to help you know what information to put in on form EX-15 Then also print the second form (790) where you also mark that you're applying for NIE. When filled out and printed you bring this to the bank and pay the fee which is about 10 euro. Once paid he bank stamps the form. Then make an appointment at Policia Comisaria online. Once this is done you go to your appointment, bring the forms together with a copy of your passport and 2 passport photos. The ones from machines work fine. Done in 15 minutes and you really don't need someone else to do it for you, waste of money. They are also quite used to people not speaking Spanish and is not a problem. I did it when I spoke no Spanish at all and had absolutely no problems at all.

Which Police station did you go to? We went to Torrevieja and, despite speaking a little Spanish, the policeman marched us straight out to the reception again, pointed at a list of all the things we needed (which we had with us) and then underlined "Translator" in the list!

Since then, I've received a quote from lawyers in Benijofar for Eu 150 each, and from a firm of gestoria, also in Benjiofar, who quoted Eu 60 + IVA each. Does the difference in price simply reflect the relative hourly rate of each? Has anyone used an agency recently who they would recommend please?
