Hi ihave a solicitor doing my taves for me, i thought ihad given her everything required bank statements proving income etc but today after giving her more stuff she said i now require FISCAL REPORTS from your banks can anyone tell me what these are i know its to do with tax etc but how to i get them. :text-thankyouyellow:

Just go to bank and ask for renta for tax, Thats what we do .they will give you a print out ..with any interest (...lol) you may of got over the year 2015/2016 ect ......

I get a statement sent to me from my bank account at the end of the English tax year..so in time for Spanish tax ...but tax years run different to England... here it is Jan 2015 to Dec 2016..

With Internet banking you can get a "Certificate of Interest" which shows your yearly Interest they have paid you in the fiscal (2016) year. They add all the interest up which you have earned over the period and then take 21% of the total, it's brutal!!
