I hear from my Brother in Law, who has just got back, that there is a bowling alley near the arches now. He also mentioned that Quesada Fish and Chips have spread into the Green Baize snooker rooms.

Yes that is all true - the snooker room is still there I believe but just a bit smaller.

We have been to the bowling - a group from our urb got together for a few hours of bowling fun and we had the package which included a chicken and chip meal with a small drink. The cost escapes me now but I seem to remember it was good value for money and the food was very good too. It is well worth a visit.
