The one I've posted is the 2014 tapas route & it starts today.
Check dishes of those entering, they're different. Just a thought as, personally, I wouldn't go for a fish tapas.

Oops! It is the 17th - Don't know where I got the 18th from (and it's the same Tapas route 2014 ). I think I must have clicked into the 2013 by mistake for the route map - Thanks for the leaflet I have posted it now on my top post - just click on it until it's big enough to read.

I had edited my post above as you were posting, Jan, as I found a clear photo with link to where I found it. The tapas are different & this year only 17 are participating unlike last year when there were 21 so don't go to Manolo's thinking they're doing it this year!

Hi Chalkie,

:text-thankyouyellow: :text-thankyouyellow:

That's a better resolution than the one I have - I will try to put it up on the first post if I can soon, so people can read it.

Yesterday we thoroughly enjoyed the tapas at the Sofia park cafe. Cooked to order, lovely & fresh, hot & tasty. It was served on an oblong plate that was drizzled with olive oil.

There were four decent chunks of grilled chicken breast that had been marinaded in something sweet plus crispy deep fried aubergine slices & spinach that had been coated with the thinnest batter. Also there were fried onions & a sultana that had been soaked in something really tasty.

Served with a tall thin fancy glass of beer though only 25cl. It looked more because of the shape of the glass. A really great snack & drink for 1.90€.

Just sorry that I've no photos. It was a naturally shaded setting, very welcome on a hot day.
