warning distraction thieves

Hi, just been told of of a theft that took place this morning near the 4 Avenue, quesada, yesterday morning about 11 am, 2 women about 17 /18 one with what looked like butterfly stitches on eyebrow, both oriental looking.Not sure how they did it but got hold of a gold chain the man was wearing on wrist, lucky he noticed it missing straight away and ran after them and got it back. Best to be on guard.

This has been going on for along time, everyone must be weary of people that come up,to you and ask you directions etc, they then try and give you a hug and then they steal your watches and any jewellery they can steal. Normaly they work in groups women mainly.

They are very profesional so please be aware. Pete.
