Almoradi advice

Hi all...we are going to Almoradi next week to take possession of our new holiday home (well it's a resale!)...anyhow I need advice on a few things:

Home insurance that would cover rentals if we decide to go down that road - any suggestions?

Any company around Almoradi who would handle changeovers etc. - recommendations?

A locksmith?

Where I could pick up a few kitchen wall units (there are some at ground level already)

Any recommendations for someone to fit the kitchen units when I find them?

I am sure there will be other things but if anyone can help with any of the above I would greatly appreciate it.

We have a recommended Tradesman section and this Locksmith David Beck has good recommendations often on the forum. Here's his details:

Thanks youbedizzy....I am not seeing him on the Tradesmen recommendations section...have you experience of his work personally?

I have he´s excellent, he´s done several jobs for me and I cant fault him at all, I would highly recommend him.
