Town hall wouldnt give me a SIP card, had to go to Social Services yesterday in torrevieja. Now take the form they gave me to Medical Centre. Seems all a duplicate of effort. Their computer systems seem so out of date.

The town hall doesn't actually do SIP cards. The lady at the town hall in Rojales works for the Torrevieja and Orihuela hospital service which is why she can process SIP cards. You show your area as Villamartin and the town hall (Orihuela Costa?) doesn't have a hospital rep there.
Another reason why we are so lucky in this town hall area.
