Recompense against market traders,

Last week,friday,i went to the Dolores market and bought a pair of sandals for the better one,he didn't have her size,but assured me that they were " muy acomado" and on a handshake,he offered money back or a different size.... seguro,he said..... They were not the right size,so,i went back to the same stall yesterday....He said he doesn't sell those sandals and the box isn't even his......it was the same man.....Does anyone know if market traders have an "hoja de reclamaciones" or who do I complain to. They are leather sandals and cost 20euros.

It will be like 99% of all returns in business. If you have a receipt you'll be ok. If not ....

lesson learn't me thinks,try before you buy!
why would you buy a pair of sandals the wrong size?

as far as returns and exchanges go its like back in blighty we give if we feel like it.sold as seen me thinks fella.
