This weeks markets

This weeks markets

Postby jillcskinner » Mon Sep 26, 2016 9:09 pm

i am over this week from Uk, and was trying to check out which markets are on this week. The posts seem to date back to 2014 so I just wanted to check out if they are still valid.
Can anyone recommend the biggest markets that are on weds/thurs/fri this week?
Many thanks

Although the topic may date back to 2014 we do try to edit it to keep them up to date so they should still be on.

Thursday is Rojales market. Worth a visit!

Torrevieja is the biggest. Guardamar which is held in the Town Streets is a good one and easy to walk round. Park in the dual carriageway near the park and walk up to the Town.

At the risk of stating the obvious........

Which ever one you visit leave everything you dont really need behind and hide your money in different places.

I had my wallet "nicked by some low life" whilst paying a trader at La Mata's market, classic move straight out of Oliver Twist ((

Guardia Civil told me after that it is one of the worst market for snatch and run....

Sorry to hear about your misfortune we all try to be extra careful in these surroundings but on occasion the concentration does dip,yes just take enough and try to avoid carrying cards passport driving licence etc.
Im amazed at some who for whatever reason carry all the above?
