Restaurant/Bar Staff required in Los Montesinos

Due to a re-opening of a large restaurant and bar, experienced catering staff are required in all positions.

Based in Los Montesinos.

Kitchen manager/ head chef
Kitchen chefs
Kitchen cooks
Restaurant manager / head front of house
Front of house waiting staff.
Bar staff
Pot washer / cleaner

MUST be experienced.
Preferably be available to start within 3 weeks.
Must have own transport as there are early and late shifts.
Must be prepared to be multi functional and occasionally work in different departments.
Therefore no prima donnas!
Part time and full time positions available.
Multi Lingual preferred to include reasonable standard English.

HOWEVER, I am still seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Supervisors, preferably with TEX-MEX / AMERICAN CUISINE experience.
In addition, with some basic or fluency in Spanish.
I am more interested in your skills, energy and attitude rather than certificates.
There are nearly 100 covers in the restaurant and over a 100 covers on the terraces, plus an outside bar, so is obviously not a small business.
With the Pool, the Motel, the Petanca Pistes, the Green Bowls Rinks and Horse Riding, plus an outside Barbecue that can cope with hundreds of customers at events throughout the year, this business has the facilities for a high turnover operation.

This is a vacancy with a contract and is long term. Basic plus bonuses.

This position is at the new renamed EL RANCHO MOTEL and TEX-MEX BAR & DINER, on the CV943, less than one Kilometre outside Los Montesinos.
