UPDATED Long term rental 2-3 bedroom villa /apartment

Married Couple No children or pets looking for a long term rental property 12 months initially.

Property should be 2/3+ bedroom, Gardens,garage pool or communal pool access.
The beach should be within 20 min drive at maximum preferably closer to the beach.
Employed and will be rotating through Spain on a month to month basis.

Will be in Spain from the 4th June for 2 weeks to view properties.

We have a 2 bed apartment in Pueblo Bravo on a beautiful complex with one of the largest pools in the area. This will be available the end of June for long term rent if you are interested ??

Apartment is at the top of Pueblo Bravo just outside Dona Pepa which i understand is the nicest area in Ciudad Quesada.
