Things you miss from the UK

I miss the weather (kidding)

Public transport availability (if you live anywhere other than a city you seem to be on your own)

Cheap taxis (a rip off here)

& good customer service (largely non existent from my experience)

Good clothes shops.

Absolutely nothing,odd is,nt it i live with more Brits here than back in uk.the majority are nice and all the holiday people are looking to enjoy themselves weather is great i live much cheaper i wake up every morning to beautiful scenery and mostly tweeting birds the down side i get traffic noise at peek times but heyhoe its great please God don,t let Brexit take it away

Looks like we're ok regarding Brexit.
After living here for 15 years I would hate to have to go back.

....when I am in Spain....
I miss not having bars on all my windows in the UK..
I miss the numerous itchy and painful insect bites,
I miss not having two bikes pinched and being burgled twice,
I miss not having to see paunchy, tattooed,sweaty old men in shorts, flipflops and tshirts with no arms...

On the other hand,

I do not miss the weather in the UK,the jammed roads, the noisy ill behaved youths, the poor council services, the overstretched NHS, the grey skies, the number of people on benefits, or claiming to be carers, the high prices in the dwindling pubs, Jeremy Corbyn, knife crime....etc, etc,

Can,t wait to get back out to Spain...but only for a few months at a time!

Decent Chinese restaurants

A pint of bitter. I was never a fan of larger in the UK but, you can’t avoid the stuff here.

funnily enough, I enjoy lager in Spain, but won,t touch it in UK....

something to do with the sun, perhaps...although I,m the same through the winter months!
