Missing post

Looking for advice...I am expecting post. Nothing has arrived at the house and I have been sent on a wild goose chase of correos ..rojales,benijofar and quesada( who were very off hand as I don't speak Spanish).
..where does undelevered mail go? I am based in monte azul..

Why would your post be undelivered.? Most houses in Monte Azul have a Communal Post Box with a Box number. If there is no Box No on your Post, its hit and miss if you get it. Although the Postmsn gets his Post from Quesada, Benijofar is where you go to pick up Parcels etc. Work out what to say in Spanish. Use a Google Translate if necessary. They will check and say yes or no. They don't like being questioned but needs must.

Thank you Jan Jan...I have a smattering of Spanish and am learning daily..my point really was which postroom is likely to have any returned mail from here....
I do have a buzon buy never seem to recieved any mail hence this query.

It does seem strange if your post has the Box Number on it. You could ask at Benijofar Town Hall. They are usually are very helpful.

If you go into the post office in Benijofar near the town hall and health centre (open for collections I think between 1 and 2) and ask they will give you any undelivered post that has not got your Buzon Number on it!

Went back to the correos to no avail.so called in at Ayumiwnto and was told there is a problem with missing post locally and to write a letter in spanish addressed to the mayor in benijofar.To hand this letter in to the Ayumiwnto to be passed on.the more letters the more pressure for him to resolve the issue.....
