We have a 4 bedroom villa for rent long term from august 2017 to the end of june 2018 (not short term)

4 doble bederoom.
3 bathroom.

The house consist of a main floor with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen and livingroom, and a basement with 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchen/livingroom.

Fully furniture with a privat pool.

I am interested on renting the month of November if it is interesting for you. I have a very well educated Yorkie girl, Kylie.
Most of the time, I will be alone with Kylie but my daughter and her husband will come and visit.

Hi, have just seen your posting regarding the villa in Benimar. It would appear to be just what we are looking for and perfect area. We have been renting a lovely finca at Daya Vieja since last September but our landlady has been ill and can no longer work so wants to sell the property and downsize. So we are looking in the Rojales area/Benimar area. We are a retired couple with our 93 year old mother so a bedroom and bathroom for her on the ground floor is essential. We also have a 10 year old very well behaved dog who hardly ever barks!

We would of course be able to provide you with a reference from our current landlady.

Could you please inform me what monthly rental you are seeking for a long term, 1 year at least, term?
