Orange internet and phone landline

we have been with orange.es for 3 years with good connections and service until approximately a month ago. We didn't have any connections, wifi or phone line for 24 hours and two ago another seven hours off line. When we called their helpline (English speaking), we were told there was a major incident affecting 7000 users in and around Quesada. We were finally reconnected but the internet speed has dropped drastically and dips in and out and our phone line works intermittently and when on a call, will cut off within 3/4 minutes whether the call is incoming or outgoing.

Has anyone else been experiencing the same or similar problems please?

I am with them and apart from the two incidents I am not experiencing any other problems.

Also with orange and other than the first incident a month ago (didn't notice another) orange has been fine. I use my computer 3 days a week for work and am on Internet for full day and internet speed has been fine.
