Anyone got any recommendations based on personal experience for internet / wi fi, for just 3 weeks every year in Formentera del Segura please?

I have a MiFi available for sale all you need is a to top up the SIM card it is with Orange 4G charges from a laptop or mains you can use it anywhere there is a signal download speed is around 30mbps I am sell it with about 5euros of data left for 55€ all boxed with charger Plug and Play cost new around 80 to 100 pounds
Make is a Huawei 858V

The only thing to be careful of is the validity of the SIM if the OP only uses it once a year. I recently bought a 4G Orange PAYG SIM at Habeneros and it is valid for 6 months, so you would need to make sure you either use it or at least top it up every 6 months
