Door to door 'charity collector'

Currently there is a Spanish guy knocking on doors, in Dona Pepa, collecting for women and children. I and my neighbours didn't give anything but I wondered if door to door collecting is OK here in Spain?

Door to door collections are illegal in Spain however good his computer generated credentials and " your neighbours contributed list " look , you are having your leg lifted . !!!!!

Get your camera out whilst he is trying to scam you , guy will beat it faster than Hussain Bolt ....!
