9th October

We are coming in late on Sunday 8th Oct. I see 9th is a Red Letter Day. Any idea which shops will be open on 9th?

Both Gama shops in Quesada are open on Red Days until 2pm

Monday the 9th is not is not a red day the 12th is a red day but yes a few places will be closed on monday including all Mercadona cosum and aldi but lidl might be open

No. Lidl has a sign up saying it is closed on 9th as well. Most places will be closed as it is Valencia Day.

will have to go to gama or carrefour then or go across the border in to mucia

The 9th is local bank holiday as it is Virgen of the Rosary day, so most shops will be closed.
Those that sell newspapers will be open till midday.

Supa Valu at the golf course is almost always open in the mornings on red days.

Lidl and Carrefour by Habaneras are open.
