Email address

Is there anyone out there that would have the e mail address off the tax office at agencies tributarla, avenida aguilera 20 Alicante, the reason being I am still trying to recover after 2 years the tax that they hold back.
I have asked the agent Petra Honig for information and they said to a friend that went in there that if I contact the tax office they will wash there hands from me, I feel it's my money and I would like to recover it back, I also asked the agent for a recepit of the payment made to the office, they just ignore my texts and phone calls, not very good after sales they took my money quick enough. So I would much appreciate if anyone can help thank you
