MERCADONA

Has anybody else noticed the NEW shower gel in MERCADONA gone are the previous 1 litre bottles for 99cents. NOW the NEW range ONLY 750 ml that's 25% LESS and the price is on average 1.45 euro. 45% INCREASE NOT BAD EH?

15 cents on unsalted butter also!

Can't be as bad as the UK recently!!!

Best ones in UK now are Lidl & Aldi but looks like all of them will be creeping up.

These shops need to make a living God it's not exactly braking the bank.

When you can spend 100 a week and it goes up by 25% it isn't exactly peanuts! That's what's happening in the UK.

Omg some people have too much time on their hands to look at the amount of shower gel you get in a bottle...

Do we think about how much a pint is or a glass of wine?

When I first came over here a pint of beer and a glass of wine was about 3£ now it's 6€ depending on where you are but do I care no because it's far more cheaper than UK.

Were in the 21st century nothing is going to get cheaper thats just how it is.

I do think some people have to wake up and smell the coffee!!! (maybe not Nescafe though too pricey)

Yes it was only a matter of time before food prices went up in the UK as we have had it really good for so long.

Spain food and drink prices though have been going up for quite a while now.

I think it is not something just happening in Spain or UK, it is all arround the world. It is the way the brands cheat us. I allways check on the label that is on the shop that shows the price by liter or kilo, this is the easier way to compare prices.
