What's the best bank account for interest in Spain?

Are there any banks in Spain that provide interest on bank accounts and what is the best?

Savings rates aren’t great, but currently you can get 2% during 12 months with:
Banco Mediolanum – min. 20,000€
Banco Pichincha and Novobanco – min. 50,000€
If you haven’t got that much stuffed under the mattress, then BancoPichincha pays 1.6% from
600€ and Novobanco 1.4% from 500€.
Bankinter offers 5% over 24 months from only 1000€, but you’ll also need to open a current
account and pay in a wage/pension.
Deposits are guaranteed up to 100,000€.
