New Town shopping centre -Quesada Boulevard

Hi

Can anyone give an update on how the new shop & bar development on the main street is progressing.

Building is going up but well what more can you say! if it's like Torrevieja indoor who knows it may turn to tears!

Just what an already congested town centre needs. No provision made for parking.

I was led to believe there will be an underground car park?

Where and for how many cars?
There is not enough room there for any significant amount of spaces.

The car parking is underground, on 2 levels, so I think there'll be quite a number of spaces. The access is from behind the development, on Calle Sola, opposite the Tabac shop.

It was quite clear that the hole in the ground,very deep, could only be for car park. Stop criticising and give the development a chance. At least somebody is investing in the town. Better than seeing businesses closing, and some jobs have been created.

As I am not an all year round residents can you please explain to me where is the new shopping centre going to be .,is it near the thursday market ,

Just up the road about 200 meters from the Old Don Carlos, on the other side..
