Accessing Hidraqua Online with Old Aguagest Levante Account

Hi All

(Newbie here so be gentle) I am having to pick up some of the admin tasks from when my Mum and Dad bought their property in the new part of Quesada near to the Laguna hotel in 2006. Over the years they, being technophobes, have been left behind and all we seem to have are a series of debits from their bank account.

One of the difficulties I have is that Aquagest Levante seems to have turned into Hidraqua over the years and not only this their activity appears to have migrated online. I however cannot find any way to access the online account (I do have a copy of their original Agugest Contract and at least one agugest bill) and, despite me being the son, seem only to want to talk to my Mother.

As we are all in the UK I can't visit the office to discuss any of this. Does anyone have any bright ideas that might help me?

I have been able to go online from the UK for both Utilities, without having to go into any offices.

If you go to this link on the Hydraqua website:
https://hidraqua.aguasonline.es/en/inicio

and using one of your mothers bills (even Aquagest should do), you should find the account number and all the info they need to fill in the details to get online acccess:

Let us know how you get on as it worked for me. If it doesn't work contact them by email and tell them what you are trying to do ( be your mother on the email though!)

Any idea what the 'Bill Number' might be on an old Aquagest Bill. I have a 16 digit number and the contract number is 6 digits. But it says "Unable to complete registration. Please contact us....."

At the bottom left of your bill is a number with the word 'Contador' above it - That may be the Account number as Contador translates as account(ant) and I have an old Aquagest bill in front of me and a new Hydraqua bill too and this number is the same on both so try that (mine is an 8 figure number) .

ps The bill number is the Num Factura - 18 figure number on mine and obviously NIF (use your mothers NIE number)
